Obnoxious New Track Produced By Godsynth

OBNOXIOUS RETURNS WITH NEW DARK SINISTER HIP-HOP SOUND ON “SLOW PAIN” PRODUCED BY GODSYNTH

San Diego emcee Obnoxious is back with a brand new single “Slow Pain” produced by Godsynth. The track finds Obnoxious back to spitting his authentic brand of raw and gritty bars mixed with creative wordplay that brings hip-hop back to an era when emcees were truly methodical killers in the booth. Devoid of smoke and mirrors, “Slow Pain” takes the dark sinister hip-hop that was pioneered by West Coast veterans DJ Muggs and Cypress Hill, arms it with Griselda-style street raps, and then adds a modern day horrorcore twist.

LISTEN TO OBNOXIOUS “SLOW PAIN” HERE.

“Slow Pain” is the first new music Obnoxious has released since his Suburban Noize Records debut “Sic Audio” landed in 2023. The album saw Obnoxious level up his wordplay and rhymes sharpening his pen game until it was razor sharp. The album featured tracks with Evidence, Termanology, ILL Bill, Sick Jacken from Psycho Realm, and Rakaa from Dilated Peoples. “Sic Audio” features hard-hitting beats produced by C-Lance, and Obnoxious razor-sharp wordplay that reflects a chaotic musical juxtaposition of grimy street life mixed with true hip-hop lyricism that will make your neck snap.

Previously Obnoxious had released the critically acclaimed album “Mobsters and Monsters” with Madchild, which was praised for its gritty bars and throwback to true old-school hip-hop lyricism.

Growing up in one of the tougher neighborhoods in San Diego, CA, Obnoxious was just fifteen minutes from the Cartel Controlled Tijuana border on one side, and a beach town filled with stereotypical college students on the opposite side. His life stories, observations, and experiences have created the chaotic musical juxtaposition known as Obnoxious. His style represents his neighborhood with grimy street life lyricism that will make your neck snap.

Obnoxious walked away from the record deals and accolades that came with his early success. But with a newfound vision and motivation, he is looking to take his place alongside many of the great street poets in hip-hop. No frills, no bling, just raw lyrics and the true-life stories that are OBNOXIOUS.
