It’s called CustomClownClips.com, and it’s the same premise as what has been available on Cameo for the past few weeks. Now you can go straight to the source though and get one from the Southwest Strangla or the Duke of the Wicked!
They have laid it all out in this 5 minute infomercial which you can see below.
