Welcome to the sixth episode of the ICP history series, this one being a review of 1994’s “Ringmaster” LP. This week, MC Lars talk about the unconscious influence of Carl Jung and mythic archetypes as he compares the Ringmaster to Osiris’s weighing of the heart. He also talks about the samples used on this album and how Violent J and Shaggy divided it into two half: “Heckles” and “Macabre’. This is one of ICP’s best records, their first produced entirely by Mike E. Clark.
