A couple months ago out of nowhere Maxxx came out of hibernation asking me if I knew J Reno. He told me how much he loved his beats and was fueled to start writing out of nowhere. Having known J Reno for over 20 years from my hometown, I jumped on the opportunity to get what he needed. And Dirtcore 24 was born.

Me and Jay Reno had just co remixed Samson Samson’s Gone from witch hunt.

This album is only crime is that it’s way too short for the onslaught that Maxxx has given us.. but he effortlessly galvanized our movements mantra. That Dirtcore is goodbye. Goodbye to everything. And it begs the question what is next? Steering violently towards 2025, we are excited to find out.

Maxxx feels lyrically like he’s left many things behind and shows tremendous growth which I. Itself is a scary concept.
