Crossworm Successfully Conquers Insane Clown Posse “Mental Warp” Cover Within Scary Nerd Project

The generation who grew up on the dark hip-hop during the early days of the Insane Clown Posse are finally gaining the courage to release beautifully crafted ICP covers as a way to pay homage to the Wicked Clowns, whom influenced them to journey within the Hell’s of the wicked underground music scene and strive to be their very best artistically on the daily. One notable artist is Grand Rapids, Michigan Dirtcore giant Crossworm. The producer/vocalist/graphic artist is a workaholic power house genius who never disappoints when it comes to releasing high quality singles that leave most listeners lungs gasping for air due to the sheer excitement music fans usually experience upon first listening to anything Crossworm puts out. Its due to his own production being original, genre-bursting, and so electronically unique that there is absolutely no way an individual  can define what specific music the Grand Rapids pioneer falls under.

This Halloween season Crossworm decided to successfully conquer the Insane Clown Posse B-Side single “Mental Warp”  underneath his upcoming Scary Nerd project titled “Glitchcraft Vol 1”. Just like Marilyn Manson’s cover of the Eurythmics 1982 “Sweet Dreams” single or even Johnny Cash’s cover of the 1994 Nine Inch Nails  single “Hurt”; those artists were able to flawlessly turn already established classic singles into their very own. And now Crossworm triumphantly covers  ICP’s “Mental Warp” and he too managed to turn the wicket shit classic into his very own song by combining electronica tinged brilliance with gorgeously haunting vocals, thus creating a new wave of sheer terror! So turn out the lights, sit in the pitch black darkness, and bump this fearsome Scary Nerd “Mental Warp” cover loud and proud through out the night until the dead wake during this years Samhain!
