Trump Supporter Rally scheduled for same day as The Juggalo March

Yes, it’s true, and both the Juggalo March and the “Mother Of All Rallies” (a gathering of Trump supporters) will take place at the National Mall. Don’t sweat it too much though…the National Mall is HUGE.   There likely won’t be much interaction between Juggalos and Trump supporters.  That is, unless you are a Juggalo Trump supporter and want to go to both.

Either way, a website called Rare.US wrote an article about the two groups booking a march for the same day, and said that it was “unfortunate” for Trump supporters that we will also be there.

Unfortunately for the Trump supporters, they won’t be the only group in Washington that Saturday. In fact, they won’t even be the only group on the National Mall. In December, a website went online for the “Juggalo March” that will take place on the National Mall by the Lincoln Memorial. They even have a countdown clock on their website, tracking the minutes until they appear en masse at the same steps where Martin Luther King Jr. declared his dream

They also said this about our Juggalo March:

In contrast to their reputation, the Insane Clown Posse fans marching on Washington hope to make a peaceful statement. In 2011, the FBI classified the group as a “loosely organized criminal gang,” but the band won their appeal in 2015 disputing that claim. On the website for the Juggalo march, the group notes that the stereotype of the violent Juggalo has been harmful to the community as a whole. They claim, “Over the past five years, our legal team has heard testimonies and reports from Juggalos all over the nation who have lost custody of their children, been fired from jobs [and] denied access into the armed forces.”

I did some checking, and the “Mother of All Rallies” is an actual event.  So far, about 1,500 people have stated they are going via FB.  You can see that event page here: https://www.facebook.com/events/448560615479171

I did run this by the folks at Psychopathic and they don’t see any issue considering the size of the mall.   It’s more of an interesting coincidence that the previously mentioned publication thought would make a good headline.
