Kissing Candice Reveal New Masks; Snippet of New Song

Earlier today, Kissing Candice finally revealed their new masks! Along with new masks, they debut a snippet of a new song from their upcoming EP.

Horror and extreme music have long held a relationship. In all genres, dark themes manifest themselves lyrically or melodically to evoke feelings of unease and fear in listeners. Alice Cooper, Tech N9ne, Alan Jackson, Mussorgsky… No genre has gone without a descent into darkness at some point or another.

For Long Island, NY, metal band Kissing Candice, the darkness is where they are the strongest. It is there that they come up with their vicious, aggressive, melodic offerings.

Known not just for their music, Kissing Candice are instantly recognizable for their unsettling masks that they always wear. Today, we are excited to reveal the next stage of their mask evolution with several photos of each member in their new evolved state. You can see the horrifying designs below.

Also below is a clip of frontman Joey Simpson discussing his mask, which was done by Connor Deless of Trick or Treat Studios. The clip features a sample of the band’s new song “(De)generation,” which will be out later this summer along with news on an EP release.
